1. Sand dunes: Check out the sand dunes. South of Mile High city.

2. Royal Gorge. Day time driving and return.

3. Garden of the gods. This is close to Royal gorge. Plan both of them same day.

4. Pikes peak. You need snow jackets. It snows at the top of the mountain. You will be in clouds.

5. Estes Park. You need to stay here for 1-2 nights.

6. Aspen: This is beautiful.

7. Black Hawk (casinos). City name is Black hawk. Full of casinos. Go during day time to enjoy the mountains and knee height ice cold river. You can stay for the night there with reservations.

8. Eat at big city burrito.

9. Indian restaurant: Masala in Aurora is good. But veg.

10. If you want to visit Hindu temple, Venkateswara Temple in Castle rock is famous.

ee report naadi kadu..some db member:

Day 1 - Pikes Peak America's mountain - http://www.pikes-peak.com/Attraction/22.aspx
It is located in Colorado springs area and This is 14,000 ft above sea level. There are three ways of going to peak.

Hike,Car or take Cog railway.

Temperature is 30 degrees less than that at the base. It is very breezy and Very cold. Make sure you dress warm.

The trip is worth for amazing views from the Peak.

Day 2 - Garden of the Gods park - - http://www.gardenofgods.com/home & US airforce academy - http://www.usafa.af.mil/superintendent/hc/chapelpics/pages/C hapel_With_Fireworks%208x10.htm

Day 3 - CANON City: Royal Gorge Bridge and Park - http://www.royalgorgebridge.com/ParkInformation.aspx

The Royal Gorge Bridge and Park is another impressive attraction.
It is the highest suspension bridge in the world, and has some amazing views of the Royal Gorge and the Arkansas River deep below the bridge. You see it as a small stream from the bridge.
There is an aerial tram which runs parallel ot the bridge.

Great sand dunes National Park - http://www.nps.gov/grsa/index.htm

Day 4 - Rocky Mountain National Park.
There are lots of drives in the park but these are the most thrilling and breath taking ones -

Trail Ridge Road,Bear Lake Trailhead,Alpine point (amazing)

Check some details here-
