Thanks annais for valuable suggestions... my initial thought was to create some fun kind of environment for old age people where they can learn something and make friends.. for example.. ma mother 50-55 madyalo untaru.. but avida lonely ga bored ga feel avtharu at home intlo migatha vallu unna kuda.. and she has lot of enthusiasm to learn new things.. avida depend avakunda mobile(touch vi) and computer operate cheyalanukuntaru kani raadu.. so anduke alanti business thought vachindi.. | ||

+1 I second this....For someone who is 45+, they already have a lot of general exposure in their own fields. They are mostly knowledgeable and egos are generally at their peak. But probably have communication issues. However, there are a few points to be considered: 1. How many of them are ready to accept their deficiencies? 2. Even if they want to learn it, how many are willing to attend classes in a typical coaching environment? I generally feel people of this age have too many things going on with their lives and might not find time to do it. Dont even be too surprised if a lot of them are too tired in the class and are busy dozing off. Typically, this age group is more interested in physical activities and healthy food to control their health issues and I dont see them making effort for the coaching as it isnt priority to them. However, if you can get this coaching delivered to them - directly to their homes/apt complexes, it would work better. But tht wud mean a lot more manpower and marketing. A lot more women than men are likely to show interest in this. | ||

So hire some chaku lanti youth who wants to work part time and earn some bucks. TImings valu set cheskuntaru depending upon mutual convenience.
