surprisingly there is still good interest in capital pooling area and Gannavaram area lands acquired for airport. Apart from that it is more or less dead only transactions are where sellers are desperate to sell at reasonable prices.

if you get 1450 yards , even if you sell at 8000 per yard , you will make around 1.16 c when land is allocated. Initially most sellers will ask for 10000 per yard in pooling area so you have a good opportunity to cash in at lower price. So if you can afford to wait , please do so . You can make more than 85.

vjawarrior if you have lands there keep it and go for pooling. I told the same thing to the guy who sold it to me, but he still wanted to sell as he had lot of debts to pay. I agreed to cancel a valid agreement since he was half paralysed and the additional money would make a big difference to his life. I am also aware of another family in hospital who are selling, anyway the point is you should sell only if you have other serious issues.

my deal which got cancelled was mid May. Despite rr story I heard that purchases were made at 84 before CBN Audio around June 5 or 7. Things started getting bleak when notice\arrest were being discussed. I believe maybe now buyers are slowly coming back. Anyway benchmark is 92-94 , the lowest price for 1250 yards in pooling area. Since they are offering 1450 yards maybe then 92 is ok, however they have not announced where in the capital area you will get land. At 67.5 , I thought I had enough margin for a weaker location in the capital area. I still think if you are patient you would get around 85-88 .

bought at67.5 , then seller backed off as some idiot offered 84. After rr scam buyer of 84 backed off and seller calling me and asking for better rate. There are lot of brokers and idiots talking about buying but no transaction since two or three days of rr scam.
