u can do it online also. i have mine customer service is little bad so patient ga undi account open chesinaka, yu have to get transaction rights for remittannces which is another couple of days and u r set. i always use this atm card in india, only limit is u can withdraw only 10k rs maximum per day. easy peasy open sbi us account, u can use atm in any of the sbi atms in india with no atm charges. u can send money to any indian account from us account through a web site for free. only catch is setting up us account will take 2 weeks rest everything is easy. Guys I have a problem. I need to do a wire transfer to my SBI or BOI account from my US account. Since I don't live in US, my bank doesn't allow me to do an international wire online. Is there an option where I can do a domestic wire to New York/ san Jose SBI which in turn wires it to my Indian account. Did anyone do this earlier? |
