Lets assume if CBN gets arrested and few TDP MLAs move to YSRCP thus forming the new government. (IT WONT HAPPEN. JUST ASSUME) What will be Jagan steps on capital development ? Will he take forward the construction of Amaravati with already existing master plans by Singapore consultancies ? or will he scrap everything in Amaravati by saying farmers are not giving their lands(majority farmers agreed though) and starts capital at Donakonda ?
