These are the gaps in current highways everywhere. Last decade lo ee gaps ni consider cheyyaledu. Ippudu build chestunna National highways lo ekkadiki akkada flyovers vestunnaru. Hyd to Blore road is very very good. It is a comfortable journey in 7-8 hours if you have to reach some place near airport/north Blore. A lot of time is lost once we enter Blore city to reach home. | ||

It depends. When my husband drove from Bangalore to Hyd alone, he could reach in 6 hours. When he drove with me and the kids, it took close to 9 hours, mostly because of the multiple breaks needed for kids. | ||

Not as easy as it sounds. It is around 600kms. The road is a beauty - except for a small stretch in Kurnool where construction is going on and a series of unmarked speed breakers once we enter Karnataka. However, it is still a lot of distance to cover. You have to be a very efficient and expert driver to reach Bangalore in 6 hours from Hyderabad, which unfortunately is the popular estimate for the journey. If your destination is south bangalore, you are in for a very tiresome journey from Hebbal flyover to your destination. After 550 odd kilometers of driving, this stretch really kills you. I personally feel flying to Bangalore is a good option. Start 1 hour 45 minutes in advance from home. Take in account a flight time of 1 hour. Then factor in 2 hours to reach home in Bangalore. It is still 4.75 hours and you are not tired much. For me, it took 10 hours of drive from door to door (including many breaks as I was traveling with my family). 10 hours is on the higher side but it will surely take about 8 hours.
