Raju bro Plancs or leg raises horizontal to vertical vice versa And ab rollers are one of the best way to get Tights abs and inturn burning belly fats But remember don't take too much time in between One after another u should do it. Alaage dead lift also helps but you should get used to it And it requires equipment to do Where as plancs or leg raises without any equipment you can do that get what you want Now I stated more intense ones like pulling weights using abs And using rope Awesome feeling I say  Driving is my PASSION. Ball or Bimmer does not matter. |
