Plank is a way of making your core stronger by squeezing in your abs muscles
Papi diver cheppinattu most of the lifts like squats dead work your core
The basis being you are squeezing in your abs, tightening the core and concentrating on tucking the navel in

There is a tfi version of plank where you concentrate on navel of heroine and chuck fruits
It is called geddamRaghu plank

Nj rowdy batch do another version called go-go plank

Plancs or leg raises horizontal to vertical vice versa
And ab rollers are one of the best way to get
Tights abs and inturn burning belly fats

But remember don't take too much time in between

One after another u should do it.
Alaage dead lift also helps but you should get used to it
And it requires equipment to do

Where as plancs or leg raises without any
equipment you can do that get what you want

Now I stated more intense ones like pulling weights using abs
And using rope
Awesome feeling I say :-)
Driving is my PASSION.
Ball or Bimmer does not matter.
