Somehow they have been able to retain management control over Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd. till date. Despite losing all their shares, they are able to retain management control over the company. And despite defaulting on loans, they company has not declared bankruptcy. | ||

Is the Chairman out of jail? About a month or so back it was reported that he went with 2 cars full of rough fellows and beat up the watchman at some whistleblowers farm house in Delhi and barged inside and beat the whistleblower with the back of a pistol and threatened him with guns seeking some document. That fellow complained to police and gave cctv footage from his farmhouse and got him arrested it seems. All this happened while he was out on bail. So did he get bail again? | ||
