Superb Article! Even I heard something similar from an Ex-IAS officer....after he became CM, there were a few officers who decided they shall convey their decisions firmly and not get influenced by what NTR says. Once they enter into his cabin and hear him out, automatically they see not just a CM, but a charismatic leader and their respect grows automatically. Eventually they even give in to some of his requests even though not practical. He had great charisma. Great person. | ||
