Non pemediated murder ki life... Some thing is not sounding well.. There is no clear evidence. All the people involved were 'heavily' drunk. Each one confessed to not remember what happened. How did they decide murder. They should atleast taken it down to manslaughter "In his closing argument for Gupta, Armstrong asserted that Montgomery County investigators didn’t collect enough detailed evidence at the scene. He pointed to three crime-scene photographs that revealed what appeared to be human hair: a long strand stuck to a bloodstain on the wall; a long, blond strand stuck to the murder weapon; and a blond strand attached to one of Waugh’s hands. He noted that only one of the three people in the apartment had hair that was either long or blonde: Gould. Prosecutors had called the apartment dirty, getting across the notion that Gould’s hairs — because she lived there — were already scattered around. But Armstrong rejected the idea that all three hairs could have coincidentally ended up in the blood. “It defies logic and probability to suggest that all three got there by some mechanism other than her being involved in this assault,” Armstrong said. “It’s nuts to suggest that that’s so. How can that not equal a reasonable doubt?” " http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/crime/montgomery-man-who -blamed-killing-on-girlfriend-convicted-of-murder/2015/03/16 /50ebf2d2-cb74-11e4-8c54-ffb5ba6f2f69_story.html |
