10 minutes kanna ekkuva run/cardio/skipping lantivi chesthe, right lung kinda edo mudi vesinattu noppi.. 2-3 minutes rest teesukunte noppi pothundi.. Asalenduku noppi vasthondi and avoid cheyadam ela?
