It is not that simple. It also depends on the area that the builder is leaving for common facilities. If the developer just wants to add on more floors without leaving enough space for civic facilities, obviously ga carpet area will be more. Floors and population perige kondiki there should be more left for parks and clubs etc. Gurgaon lo high rises pichcha ga untayi, 30 floors - 40 floors, but rarely cross 70% in carpet area as the common areas increase proportionately. | ||

Telangana industries face no power cuts for first time in 15 years Rao said the state-owned power utilities have succeeded in generating and saving at least 2,000 million units of power by internal efficiency improvement measures.
