belmont country club inside the gate and out side the gate super communities, mixed crowd ,chala bavundi last time i missed it during the recission time, 3 car gaurage side loaded with 5 bed rooms, facing golf course very good price 750 now all gone up, and their association fee is very high around $400/month, this is the only negetive point but it covers your T1 line internet and cable plus lawn moving and other stuff worth living in that community, think about it, for me i cannot move to ash burn for now | ||

We are looking for a single family home in Northern VA, primarily Ashburn area, Cascades and Lansdowne that is in a good school district and nice neighborhood. Initially we liked the new homes in Brambelton and Loudoun Valley but found that the neighborhoods were predominately Indian. While I don't mind living in a neighborhood with an even mix of various races, I don't want to move to a neighborhood where I found feel like a minority.
