GV review: Story - screenplay - direction: Story of the film has good potential. Debutant director Satyadeva creates curiosity and intrigue with character confusion in the first half. A few episodes like CBI raid are executed well. But a few well-conceived episodes like suicide threat are not executed effectively. Screenplay should have been better, injury episode and the set-up after that should have been more convincing. The director seems to have done research while making the story which is the reason why some of the tech concepts are elaborately explained. Analysis: Interval episode is interesting. Second half has many episodes that exhilarate fans. Lion is a film that completely revolves around Balakrishna and depends on his performance. A good screenplay and right buildups (elevating emotions while building up to the key scenes) would have done a world of good to the cinema. On a whole, Lion is NBK’s show! exact naa view kooda ide.. | ||
