LIFT and THEN GRAVITY projects is what T is trying to find..... YSR prefered LIFT&PUMPING stations across kilometers kind of projects which they know are just waste of money and 100% scam motive things...All of them are scrapped after wasting 1000's of crores..... Until ROSAIAH re-evaluated and started projects by priority, LIFT projects were given quick funds more than REAL feasible ones.... Now if you see even people won't question 1000's of crores that wasted in LIFT but daily looking forward for REAL project progress like Pulichintala...
