You are reiterating what I said  Social constructs are by nature socialist - hence the name  It is about making sure the strong take care of the weak , and everyone pools strengths and resources.. and you see this at the basic level in the family and then in tribes and societies.. Collectivism is a need ante socialism is also a need for the collective to survive.. as to people not being motivated to to work on higher end work cos there is no monetary advantage - I think that is short-sighted .. once the survival and security needs are taken care of , people are motivated by many forces , not necessarily just money Infact there is research to show that after a certain point money stops incentivising people to produce better knowledge work.This is an old video but definitely worth watching if you have not see it .. Communism in Russia and other countries was driven from bottom to the top. Where as in India it is ADOPTED at the top and then went downwards.
