I have no problem with his coaching style. Matter of fact is even this year looks like doc will win his 2 nd ring. Not a new coach who never won. And that will solidify, what I am trying to say. Only few people can handle stars and egos, and command them to follow plan, Brooke was able to do that. He will be more successful with less talented team, n u will see.. That's my prediction. Mike Brown vishayam lo kooda...people thought he was good because Cleveland was successful (did not win a championship but was a constant contender in the East). nuvvu naa posts sadavtledu...firstly, florida state tax lekapodam is a big plus..players earn more money that way...so mroe chances to gang and team up in miami than in oklahoma...and secondly, oklahama is a second grade city when compared to miami...miami is a hot shot city...just ask your own gasol...he wanted to play n big market and went to chicago even when thunder was after him... also, look at this point...you cannot have 2-3 playrs who need the ball too much to be effective and they have to play in isolation system as brooks...too bad a recipe...miami worked because wade and lebron sacrificed so much...they did not play isolation to thunder's extent..also look at how much bosh sacrificed...that is the secret of heat's success...

Scott Brooks strength is player development...Weakness is does not adapt and is too rigid in his rotations. The biggest example is continued usage of Kendrick Perkins over the years even though he was hurting the team. In 2012 finals, Thunder won first game, then Heat started going small and next 4 games. Brooks could not adjust and remove Perkins. Perkins was a disaster in this series. OKC traded him to Utah Jazz. Jazz waived him and he only plays garbage time minutes in Cleveland. Alaanti player ni Brooks kept on using him as a starter all these years. | ||
