The government Monday told the Supreme Court that the collegium system is âdead and buried foreverâ and it cannot be revived even if the Constitution Bench quashes the new National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC). The Parliament, it said, will have to frame another legislation to deal with the appointment of judges to the higher judiciary in case the constitutional amendment and the NJAC are held to be bad in law. âEven if it (NJAC) is quashed, what is dead cannot be revived. You cannot go back to the old system. donga nako judges. ee naatakam choodandi. first sessions court said I cant take up the case..then it went to high court...there even CBI said that this case needs to first go to sessions court. Look at the affection of CBI for Raju garu (must be the hand of Gokaraju and co.), CBI instead of insisting that the case be taken up in High court so that Raju can go to jail instead agrees that the case should go to sessions court. Finally sessions court granted bail. next in 5 years it will go to Highcourt. Another 4 years there then the supreme court another 4-5 years. Donga laxnjakodukulu tayaar rayyaru. Desam vadilesi manchi pani chesaam ani confirmed.. Denamma 14000 crores financial scam chesina donganako is escaping jail just like that. | ||
