Btw. judge Kukroo was immediately appointed as HRC chaiman (first time a non-local quota judge for HRC post itseems) by AP state govt. Ayinaa akkada Babu meeda case kottesidni , So and so judge gaaru Inquiry ki order chesinanduku kaadu. Judge Rohini felt the PIL was politically motivated anta.  | ||

Justice Ghulam Ahmed was a temporary placed holder Chief Justice till the permananet one came. Itlaanti temporaru justice asalu PIL thoo deal cheyyatam was illegal and unethical. 2 days before the full-time Chief justice Madhan Lokur was to join, suddenly Ghulam Ahmed brought to the bench a case that was NOT EVEN LISTED in the case roster and suddenly gave an ex-party judgment that a ED/CBI/CID and every tom-dick and harry investigation in to the likes of Reliance-Ramaoji-MM-CBN-TDP and what not? Meantal nako judge gaadu ammudu poyaadani seppataniki inthakante emi kaavaali? Asalu case roster loo leni case ni sudden gaa teesuku vacchi ex-party judgement isthaara evaranna? THat too when the permannet Chief justice Lokur was going to come the next day and take charge of the case? This is exactly why the Supreme court asked CBN and other to go back and fight the case in the high court as it felt the judges were biased. Jagan also approached the Supreme court, how come Jagan didn't get the same relief? Bottom line, Supreme court was convinced of Jagan's corruption evidences and the aim-in-the-dark-with-no-evidences case of Vijayamma against CBN!!! | ||
