Hyperlocal is the next bubble. Grofers ani oka company raised over $30 Mn recently. They are an app based product, they are not a online store like Bigbasket etc but based on your location from your smartphone they will identify which stores are closest to you (among their partners) and you can select the store and then pick your items and Grofers will pick the stuff up from the store that you selected and then deliver it to you. In a way they transform every store to have its online presence and they are just a logistics provider. Currently available in Gurgaon and a couple of other cities. App is very well designed. | ||
