do u have any id proof and address proof in india like bank account, driving license, current bill. if u have take that to aadhar office around 10am and in the first floor they will be giving u a form. fill it up and take that form along with ur id proof and address proof in the evening say 4.00PM and give it to the person. he will verify and take ur photograph, finger prints, retina scan and give u a recipt and thats it. this is the easy scenario. now to a difficult scenerio where u want to apply for ur kids who are non citizens. go to ur local mro or vro, tell them i need address verification form for aadhar. fill the form, put all ur family photos (infants and andarivi) and take this form to mro/vro. he will sign that form, put a stamp and give it back. take this form to aadhar office and apply for infants too, only catch being they will finish first urs then apply for the kids.
