when she goes for visit visa, if she take Indian PP they will renounce it there itself. matter of minutes. I personally handled such a grave situation to my friend's family and hence have first hand info. while watching TV I order bhel. Bail came but not Bhel. Kudos to Judiciary system. | ||

make sure he get it signed from his wife on the form. It happened to me when i went to apply visa in person. I have to come back to home and get it signed. | ||

NOPE. Usually when u go online to fill the data/dates, it needs at least 4/5 days ahead. Otherwise you cannot go to next page. I don't know situation now but for sure it was the case couple months back. It is useful for those who have planned visits (office trips, vacations etc.,) but not for emergency situations. in the given situation either u r confused or they. steps 1) get US passport first. One hour job. If already has US PP good. 2) Then go to NYC embassy. explain the situation. show the US passport. get Indian Visit Visa stamped. she cannot travel on Indian PP. Does she has US passport? If not it can be taken in one hour on a working day (I am damn sure about this). Friend valla bammardhi expired in India. Friend's wife got USC recently got Indian passport but no VISA yet. Yet to renounce Indian Passport Can she get VISA today itself so that she can fly to India tonight from Newark so that she can get final glimpse of her brother. If it OK to travel on Indian PP being emergency ANy suggestions are appreciated He lives in Edison Durham Woods and going to Indian Embassy today No Signature |
