I think 80% of the bike/scooter riders in urban areas have basic education and lot of them have degrees and higher degrees but they dont give a damn about their own safety. I think various govt's tried enough to civilize us but we said NO. Govt is happy to fine riders with out helmet but does it change people's attitude ?? I think we should stop looking for help from Govt for problems which we can fix ourselves. | ||

No one not even a single person out of 50+ people I observed at a so called busy junction wore helmet. Not just helmet, my cousin just cut across a signal with a police patrolling vehicle (new innova) right at that important junction (Gachibowly cross)! btw, this is my first trip to Hyd after division. It is as lovely as it is before. Hyd is much better than Bang in terms of infra like wide roads and connectivity. It is sad that it has to undergo all this nuisances in the last couple of years which has hit its development alot. Be Kool | ||
