Though AP agriculture affected due to Hudhud and low rainfall still as far as I know the budget which was presented in AP and TS, AP agricultural produce increased by 12% this year whereas agricultural produce in Telangana is decreased by 4%. Agriculture is always do well in AP irrespective of whatever happens. Well thats not my queston. Some people just changed the main point of my question. | ||

The funds come as a grant from the centre and can only be used for metro. You cannot use this money for water or some xyz as you wish ! When Urban development ministry gives funds for metro, you cannot spend it as you wish!
