if you are not local avoid this also if you can....On Krishna side it is 100% OK but Guntur side you STOP before Achampet is what we are also following.... Non local party big heads paid 15-20% advanes back when Cappital was not announced..At that time there was talk that Amaravathi is capital so they played game with Deals of 8-12 lakhs per acre... But now it moved close to Bararige these non-local political leaders are using musle power and lot of issues going on.... But Amaravathi-Achampet(almost till Rudravaram) is OK for an outsider... | ||

We have 4 points where people cross river.. 1) madipadu ballakattu: This is closest point to Pulichintala and this is where YSR leaders purchased huge lands and lot of fighting with farmers already compared to 33K acres area... This area better avoid if you are an NRI.... 2) putlagudem ballakattu:- This is 2nd point after above and where police batalion of AP planned with 250-400 crores ETURU(Amaravathi opposit on River) is the village where MUNNERU-KRISHNA MERGES and this village has lands until 6 months back for 10 lakhs but now 40 lakhs... These biggies are buying River facing(but still minimum 15 kilometers away from capital) on both sides.... | ||

The best person that knows is Vijayawada RDO.. Lot of secreacy is maintained and even Guntur RDO's and officials are told only about our side plans... Here is last month talk on Guntur side - Starting from origin of VTPS canal anything towards River eventhough small portion will be taken(Reason for this is mainly to STOP river pollution in future) - VTPS canal on Highway side to have minimum another 500 feet GOVT control in this area - Chevitikallu area to have more acquisition The above is clear and rest no IDEA..... Without these they have to allow Night life in CORE CAPITAL and MIX of both is not good on one side.. Krishna side- Entertainment ONLY Guntur side- Core capital This separation(Capital-Entertainment) gets HUGE River BOAT tourism both sides and key for Revenue generation.... 33K acres will not have much Night life compared to Krishna side.. They planned to keep CORE capital not with any River facing Pubs,Bars even in future.. Krishna side they don't want any drainage from private establishments to come to River and want a treatment process(VTPS already has one and that may extend) The whole stretch ok Krishna(at least the AP Architect plan given to Singapore team also and till now 95% matching) was MAXIMUM 3 storied entertainment.... Also these 3 storied buildings will have strict guidelines on their construction style(like interconnected from one to other) These are COLORFUL buildings with PRE ARCHITECT DESIGNED STYLE and individualas have no choice.....
