nothing beats Vadilal/Kwality Vanilla ice cream... I tried Vanilla "soft serve" at Ritas and Carvel. It is very close to Indian style ice cream. | ||

it might work in malls, but then again, its mostly adults who would prefer it. but i have seen stores setup in small stip malls.. and there will be ample competition, if there is a regular ice cream shop around... i have seen stand-alone stores and in small strip malls.... yogurt thinataniki.. holy cow, i need a frozen yogurt ani bandi ekki evvad raadu kadha. i see even ice cream shops closing down... they would be better off if they can package and sell them to wholesale stores like costco... | ||

Market ni flood chesi dobbinru.. to make it more and more tastier, every high calorie item became a topping and chocolate sryup kuda add ayyindi as a topping so the 'healthy' part of it is gone long back.. people realized that it better to eat an ice cream and feel happy than eat no so healthy yogurt  Some of the yogurt places aithe horrible taste, especially TCBY I tried.. | ||

CUPs closed in Freehold mall recently. Menlo park location also on sale for very low price. New brunswick station opp store closed few months ago I agree there are some stores which are still doing ok but given the investment for such stores and % of stores closing it is scary Don't say you don't have enough time. There is a frozen yogurt place called 'Cups' on route 3 in clifton...u go there on a summer friday or saturday... the wait time to get in to the store is an hour.. literally an hour, no exaggeration... I dnt think frozen yogurt is fading away... it is still a good business idea but the important factors are the location, variety you offer (number of flavors and toppings)... and taste of course... | ||

that's mom life.. food industry esp retail food industry lo vunnantha fluctuations inka ye industry lo vundavu emo Until recently, only local frozen yogurt stores were going belly up.. now even big brand stores like RED Mango, TCBY, Pinkberry etc also closing down NJ lo naaku telisi 3 RED mango stores closed in last 4 months. This is the only frozen yogurt brand that i like... rest all not that great in taste  Don't say you don't have enough time.
