he cannot be tried for same
unless they find some other crime and put him back for a longer duration this time as an adult...kaani prosecution/cops lo kachda saaf mentality undaali..there is no incentive for doing such stuff

depending on the intensity of crime, even lower age should be punishable

put separate age limits for each type of crime

for theft keep age limit 16
for rapes keep it 11 or 12

I dont like this decision.... edo movie lo dialogue untundi... if a kid has failed, it means the society has failed him or something on those lines.... if 16 is cut off for juvenile, then why not give them marriage rights, voting rights, drinking rights @16?

good one but they should go case by case is better...For rapes and all they should not tolerate but for petty cases it should be judges call..

Now will this change apply to Nirbhaya minor????
