I will stop here..Even Bhogapuram just from passenger point of view will be flop... MY points are toally diverted....What I said is Raju garu clearly said Bhogapuram was planned with CARGO advantage not just passenger...Also at that time they said pharma is one of them that uses both port+air cargo combination.... Also Bhogapuram was proposed to provide AIR CARGO support for two ports(Vizag and future UA port that center is planning to take up) | ||

Courier is common what we see and was my thinking until recently... But after seeing port+air combination of clients in houston hobby+port I see new areas... From houston(most of times) port Turbine units are send to India on ship and all other in aircargo...Finally they are sending for one turbine engine 3 times in Air cargo the rest of the parts...India is highest buyer for Gas turbines very recently But the above is just an example... | ||

Also the acres people quoting here for JFK are just airport only??...What about surrounding logistics hub????Not sure if those are included...Also EWR has thousands of acres logistics hub that is used both by port+airport... OLD days when there were no navigators once lost on Jersey city flyover and it took 1 hr to find out where I am..That total area all I could see was containers for port+airport combination... Good or bad, In India govt provides land for surrounding business also.. Shamshabad was flop because logistics point of view nothing much ...Also with state split and AP getting it's own may take it further down unless they see MFG near by ... Check the facts on Formula-1 Hyderabad if you can..The one they proposed in Hyderabad was regular yearly "world championship track"... Also the one Delhi got is not yearly championship race.... On economics Formula-1 Delhi(which was not even yearly main race) was estimated to have got more than 1 billion$ turnover for delhi and around.... If you follow news the teams were short of 7 star hotel rooms and some of them even used private resorts... If I rember correct 70-100 private flights came for that race....Just Ferari alone takes minimum 3-4 flights where ever there is race or their equipment.. | ||

Agree. Airport area lo farmers ki 5000 acres. Unlike in CRDA region, their area cannot be mixed with developed area. Instead, they have to be moved out and far from the airport region. I am sure Civil aviation rules valla, activities around the airport will be restricted for safety and security. Unless cargo and warehouses for airshipping laantivi unte tappithe, commercially non-viable. CRDA lo unna benefit farmers ki airport lo undadhu. 15000K is too much. | ||
