One they are talking regularly is near Bhogapuram(But ZERO idea on this if this ADB or USA)...The reason I say USA is US trade head said we will start Vizag aeropolis so at our level we don't know what is there.... Other one is Nakkapalli,Achutapuram(this is ADB sponsored) Anakapalli-sabbavaram-Anadpuram bypass is also state asked center and may start soon as part of this north-south connection between corridors...THis new bypass will solve some of city traffic issues.... | ||

From Guntur also they got railway approval... By the way Nadikudi-Srikalahasti pHase-1 got land acquisition notice...Railway board asked state to finish land acquisition from Phase-1 Piduguralla-Rompicherla-Savalyapuram(current station) The other rail project AP needs is Coastal line...if we get these TWO to start then AP is well connected...} | ||

Yes, Did My posts do any RE hype till now???? Infact many DB guys emailed meabout Tulluru...They even asked me can you suggest which side to buy.... I helped them in Tadikonda paper verification and did not utter single word on where to buy or what to buy..Another couple I could NOT help on appers because it was Mangalagiri office... I told them clearly total ground reality and did not even tell which side to buy.... Infact I am first person to report COURT CASES upcoming in this DB on Capital} | ||

I am not creating any HYPE...What is the use if we Hype here in DB wasting our valuable time...Will that RAISE RE RATES back in my village????? Some people the movement you share what is happening they start attacking with swords.... I will give one example of these SWORD batch.. They talk everyday AP's DOOMSDAY day has arrived already.... But when there is a discussion on Special status they say "Cener should not give AP special status" How can they say a MOST DEBIT STATE in the country does not deserve special status(on top they are against any funding to AP state also) | ||

I did not mean the word hype to you. I was referring to AP government. No body in AP is expecting majic. everybody kind of knows that it takes 10-20 years to start seeing the fruits of development. But ila overhype chesthe, innocent people will buy expecting strong returns in short time and it might not happen. already oka suicide case choosamu in VJY. Lot of people lost money buying lands in Nuzividu, Vijayawada owing to hype. sorry if it hurthed you. All ideas start as great things but end up as scams to others eyes. | ||

Oracle thammi Good info Yes its good to go low profile to avoid unnecessary speculations As much as possible we should be able to use GOVT land for these - land acquision or land pooling is not fine every where - i guess we are very lucky in TULLUR.. already 3 lac acres land pool chesaaaru - we have more barren land in places like Anantapur - which we can use | ||

all the best to AP./ But don't hype things for real estate balloon and when it bursts, lot of people will suffer. Most of this is wishful thinking. once something materialized, we will congrats. right now they have no value more than a real estate brokers words. | ||

Here is what AP govt's confidence for AP's double digit growth even in the this Global down economy You will not see any campaign on these with recent RE issues... Until the lands are in the hands they don't want upfront RE growth hurdles.. But pin this thread for future and what's the outcome we will see... Even if 1/5 of these clusters start then that is GAME changer for AP. CBN's campaign of logstics(PORT+AIR+WATER+TRAIN) HUB(mainly facing Asia Pacific) is giving good response slowly.. * All these projects are proposed with PORT+AIRPORT(LOGISTICS)+GOODS TRAIN combination infra facilities * AP Govt owns the land and partner spends money on Infra development * Also the partner takes complete responsibility of getting industries there instead of CBM going for marketing * Since the cluster's are coming up with their country partners many industrialists prefer these These are different from DACOIT gand SEZ's where they took HUGE LOAN on the lands and then "Gayab"... - ADB+AP state combined partnership for 10 Industrial clusters similar to Bangladesh,SRi Lanka near ports with Air connectivity - ADB done self study for last 8 months after CBN asked them to do a project - ADB study involved their own consulting team that spent time on all factors around whole AP and identified clusters - Finally ADB gave POSITIVE REPORT for their project and they decided to move ahead - One of the main Cluster is Textile parks with GLobal Cotton Biggies(ADB already succeeded on this in Bangla,SriLanka with GAP,TOMMY e.t.c mfg) - AP being HIGH contton quality zone their study gave very good feedback - Singapore private group+AP combination cluster in CRDA(mostly near Sattenapalli towards Pulichintala hills) - Even media reported false new many times saying Singapore gets 10K land kind of crap - Singapore was from DAY-1 interested on this cluster on East coast as they have investors but not land - Eventhough there is no port here they have TRAIn track that has least traffic and good for Goods - Also doubling work will be complete until Sattenapalli soon Similar to Singapore cluster that is in thinking, CBN's main target is to get at least one for China,Japan and USA... Pessimists enjoy your best with whatever doubts you can raise and nothing wrong... But don't use your brain for DOOMSDAY thinking and appreciate any positive feedback.. Some people hate even a positive things which does not even harm anyone.. For those guys,Need all your heartful wishes at least for ADB+SINGAPORE cluster which is almost getting to final shape...} |
