i know this.. because na friend oka taxi cab ni guddesindi.. 1 week lo vadi car repair ayyindi.. tharuvatha 1 month ki court lo case vesadu... loss of salary.. etc etc... friends insurance company lawyer ni pampindi... total 25K ivvamani court order vesindi.. kattesaru... if u still want to sue... small claims courts untayi.. which are faster.. akkada upto 10,000 dollars or limit your county sets varuku file cheyyochu... there your friend can file a civil law suit.... if your friend wins.. he will get paid that amount, plus any amount the judge thinks is appropriate... and all that will come from opposing persons insurance... same option opposing person has too.... and these claims can be done upto 1yr or 2yrs from the date of accident... statue of limitations of state emi septhey adi.. annai.. from my experience and experience from friends.. red light crossing vishayam lo Cops emi chepthey Judge adi vintadu... unless you are ready to spend.. get lawyered up.. get experts and all that... if your friend's car is getting replaced/repaired. and your friends medical is all getting paid by insurance... and opposite driver is fine...and getting compensated its fine... Friend green/orage lo intersection crossing. Opp side left turn(yield) also started and hit my friends driver side window. Investigation report held both responsible for accident and looks like cop said, my friend crossed in red. what are options? how to fight? based on the impact(my friends driver window), he already crossed and its the other guy who hit him and could have avoided accident.
