hmmmm.....firt few years in my career, I worked mostly with IIT/NIT/BITS guys..in my job training batch all of them were from premier institutes, except 2 girls who were from kupli colleges. they were super talented and most of them are now in very good position ...they are drawing topmost salaries for their exp levels. even in start ups, normal college folks canot compete with them...my experience...when I have 1+ years exp., I interviewed lot of ppl for one postiion (exp range 2-6Years), finally I took one girl from NIT trichy. u cant compete with them in tech skills! normal college folks lo nootikoo kotikoo okadukuntadu....aa premier institutes nunchi vache bathch lo 80-90% super talented. may be nuvvu choosina vallu MTech batch emo! BTEch ki MTch ki nakka ki nagalokiniki vunnantha theda vundi! | ||

IIT/premier colleges lo lowest vunde vallu kooda better than 90% of folks from regular colleges..thats the reason they cud get into premier institutes. but vellu over the time learning apesthe, hardwork/persistance tho vunde avg guy thopu avvochu!!!
