Na laage melo evarikina questions unte..postandi... as per our lawyer: 1. If spouse doesn't want to work, can I still apply for EAD? Yes, it is not mandatory to work. 2. If spouse plans to work, does he/she need to work for same employer or can work for different employer? spouse can work with any employer 3. If spouse plan to work with EAD, can he/she work any where in US? Yes, can work any where in US 4. Will the EAD become void, if I change the employer? Yes, if the old I 140 is revoked EAD become void. 5. With EAD, can spouse do non IT work? yes. |
