If My priority date is 2013, but, my I140 is approved, can I go back to India, stay there until My date becomes current, come back on a new H1 (may be in 10 years), and use this priority date, (if H1 concept still exists) and file for another 140 and 485? Jai Andhra!! Jai Jai Andhra!!! |
