Summer ante cold places ki vellali, so it follows that you have to go to Himachal, Garhwal, etc. so basic ga 3-4 days travelling ke saripodhi..so your plan is a non-starter in my view 
Andaman round the year koncham Singapore type lo untadhi anukunta weather, hot and humid. I don't think the heat is anywhere like Hyderabad or Delhi. I have been planning for long, but had to put off. A couple of friends are going this year, but i had to drop out

baga romantic meeru summer lo andaman endhi andi?  J&K or manchi tiger reserve lo set cheyyi kids will enjoy! Urbane holidays kastam in summer pulusu karipothundi. Kadu kudadu ante agra - Jaipur - Delhi circuit bagane vuntadi heat is not an issue ante or closer home Hampi ayithe drivable distance.
