Some of the Middle east airports provide the Sleeping room for free inside temrminal if the delay is for long time and also rooms are avilable.. Also Front desk woke me up based on flight data I gave them..... I faced it once and got free Food Coupons(I was able to use them in any restaunrant inside airport)+Room(not exactly room but a sleeping cell) inside airport when there was delay of 6 hours..When I asked they said they give it based on avilability+situiations... So not sure if Doha has it but Doha is also nice airport so there is chance.. Having said above with parents I know situation is not easy unless they have somebody else to guide them.... | ||

doha - miami , daily one flight vundhi bava ... as of now Flight1 arrival time is 8.40 AM doha time. Flight2 Departure time is 8.40 AM doha time unles flight 2 is delayed by one hour ..chances are less. does anyone know if I call customer care and ask them to check if my parents boarded the flight? do they check | ||

usually if it is any middle eastern flights or AirIndia - they will wait for their flight to arrive and take decision based on number of passengers taking that connecting flight so in this case ok 50-100 passengers vundachu to take that USA flight so they will delay or bring passenger through other route (if original is doha to ord - they will change to doha to IAD and local flight to ORD) | ||

Usual ga 1 hour delay for connecting flight ante adi kuda delay chestaru they will rush the passengers. Last year naku alane ayyindi Air India flight ki. Don't worry much | ||
