Its good try. Nothing wrong in giving it to him. Where sena, bunty, Bmw etc? Release them n appoint new mods if we really require. Marshal n Protector are doing great job even though it is not a paid job n they are active too most of the time. How we should elect the mods? I will tell you simple concept. When I was in school my class teacher used to elect the class topper as the leader all the time. That leader used to be quite and he had hardtime to control noise and newsense made by the back bench students. After couple of months, teacher realized that she had to change her strategy and see if it works this way. Her strategy was look for the person who used to make lot of noise in the class and has lot of complaints and made them the leader. That person felt very proud by being leader and he started controlling the class nicely. Now, the main culprit is th leader and there is no one to make noise and he understood his responsibilities and behaved nicely. So, now our admin has to try this tactic for a month and see if it works. Look for the person who abuses other dbers a lot and who is active and make him mod. Try this. It will work for sure.
