Went to a court once for a speeding in residential zone and COP wanted court apperance... that is the beauty of the insurance. If you are covered then they think that you are bothered. They get up to last dollar. My old tella col got hit from back . It was lexus car. It was totalled and around 40k was paid. She got new car and filed the case saying it gave her back pain. She is fighting for monthly payments. Inko case.. another guy got hit from side and her passenger wife got neck pain and she too unpaid leave and she getting payments from opposite insurance. if you do not have proper coverage then court will come on to your property and salary. always it is better to take umbrella insurance man. | ||

ya.. if there is no major issue. They settle outside court. normal tissue issues lo case will not win. 95% of the time they loose it. If it is really related to back pain, head injury , cannot work then it is going to take toll on you. That is why i would suggest strongly take full coverage with big margins and add umbrella insurance for family for up to million.
