Here is one example of how worst some people are playing.. M. Harindranath is a land lord and also ex-MPP... If he don't want to POOL nobody can dare to threaten him...He himself gave POOLING papers and now and says I am threatened to POOL!!!!!! You know why he is doing this? TDP mandal leaders got no confidence motion on him as MPP in the past and made him loose power... Now he is playing his best to show his musle... Talk in the village is he is making sure that his land gets POOLED and not Acquired...But few people not knowing ground realities give judgements... | ||

Ya, that was great miss...But when we hear something like that somebody needs to jump into ground and verify documents(we cannot also move without this to be safe) and move fast...But it is easy to say than done... If you see latest, Already people started calculating land values in SQ YARDS and that is great shift.. In your case 1450 for 1.05 means around 7k,right? Also 450 commercial fee&process we have to take into account... | ||
