there are several issues in pooling in this particular area... most of the land owners have only 1-3 acres , their livelihood is effected, also dalit farmhands number in the first phase capital region is around 15000...govt till date has taken no action to upgrade their skills apart from some eye wash survey few months back! I still stand by my word, capital and cities will grow at their own strength...they were never built ! China's lust in unbridled infra investment has pushed them into danger zone | ||

I many times said people can question why 30K acres and nothing wrong.. I explained my version to support my best...But 30 acres stuff really •••••• any one.... Also politicans(or any) recommending Land Acquistion really angers me..because as per NEW Law also we get maximum 12-15 lakhs in many villages and that is suicidal..So always prayed there is something like POOLING instead of Acquisition.. Boss Samshabad airport example is really laughable.. You are talking in an area CLOSEST TO A STATE ASSEMBLY OR SECRETARIAT OR EVEN HIGH COURT AND THAT TOO GOVT APPROVED LAYOUTS with minimal(worst case roads).... I am sure DB'ers are not bad at all but this is issue with many locals... If you go to AP many commerical buildings have sq footage LOT more than what they really show and pay to local municipalities.... So with this new project they link GPS&SQ FOOTAGE(with pictures)...So many commercial bulidings that are not paying fee will end up with penalties+fee..
