for those that cried about state wasting money on TRIPS why can't you see the savings??? 1) 2000 crores from red sandal:- 2k crores red sandal is saved ....In future per year 2k is expected if all goes well as they are planning 2) Sand: - This got 63 crores in congress mafia rule in combined state and now close to 400 crores in AP only.. 3) Chimakurthi mines:- The decaoit batch looted this AP mining corp is expecting 1000 crore more once they start new auction 4) Titanium from beacah sand:- they cancelled KVP scam on this along with Koneru Prasad...This is HUGE and may run into 1000's of crores for AP govt Still people talk silly on trips,furniture to CM chamber,bullet proof glasses... Bro, Are you asking this from RE point of view??? If so Master plan is just theoretical biscuit and don't trust that for bridges still...These will be changes for sure... There are some "checkdams proposed above vykuntapuram with least cost" and they are not finalized still ... So brdiges and checkdams are not final and may change is what we are hearing and only Singaporeans may know  One bridge we heard for sure going to be there is near Vykuntapuram area... Remember soil test can change bridge location.... Unrelated but one thing for sure is Thallayapalem island is going to get something MAJOR tourist attraction....This was in ALL local architects as well as Singapore team also visisted this... | ||

Our BIG advantages are used first and later other - We are EAST FACING STATE to ASIA PACIFIC region - We are Buddhist capital of world once upon a time and Nagarjuna was from this area that spread around Asia - Malaysia,Singapore and Japan has export advantage from AP Where as for Dubai,Qatar,UAE,Saudi what can we tell them? we are one of the Least Muslim population state on top so no advantage there also... Few Healthcare BIGIES together proposed Medical hub with their own investment...This may come close to Capital pooled area between Nidumukkla hill and current pooled area(provided there is enough land after reservoir discussion) Our NEW Guntur MP is working really well and lot of behind scenes credit should go to him..He is not greedy person like few politicians we saw..He went to singapore TWO days before BABU(to check the draft plan as they felt he is the best)....Sakshi started writing where is Galla absconding from TDP party celebrations in Tulluru???Really laughbale stuff from Sakshi now a days... Here is my DB experience of last few months on Capital=> Initial days - Babu got 100's of acres land there...highest a single leader got is GOKARAJU GANGARAJU....it's not easy in our area to buy land like in Donakonda(and many don't know that)..In a recent village talk we found maximum a single farmer sold was 12 acres and that was also at top rate....This was bought by a industrialist from Khammam/Krishna border.... Later - Land pooling will not happen and that will fail miserably as 80% are farmers are against Later - Why we need 30K???? Later - Where is the money??? I many times said state is not going to pump money except for infrastructure... Later - Babu is giving 100 acres for Master plan.. Later - Babu is giving 10K land to Singapore based on some false news...All they are asking is we get investments from Singapore and give us port access(this is their main intesrest) along with other facilities... Latest - When will this complete???? Happy for the latest compared to what we saw 3 months back.... By 2018 end only assembly,secretairt,quarters and roads will be complete and that is good enough.. Meanwhile for other lot of private investment is expected and we are already seeing good real interests... | ||

Manaki telisina Old news kaani fresh ga malli bayataku vachindi: The first phase of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region master plan prepared by Singapore and approved by the AP Cabinet has a recreational beach road along the Krishna River. The beach road will have resorts, riverside bar and restaurants, water sports and other facilities. AP government’s communications adviser Parakala Prabhakar said on Friday, “The beach road will be part of a recreation zone likely to contain theme parks, eateries, movie theatres and water sports. The particulars will be decided after selection of the developer.” Apart from recreation, the master plan contains trade-related waterways including development of water logistics hubs at Vijayawada and Tenali. It proposes to establish a connection between the Buckingham Canal between north and south sections of Krishna for easy engineering solutions. The Capital Regional Development Authority (CRDA) is already developing a riverfront project, known as the Krishna Vijay Sagar project, downstream from Prakasam Barrage to a distance of 10 km where 1000's of crores expected as turnover . Now as per the capital plan, recreational beach roads will be developed in both Krishna and Guntur districts upstream and downstream of Amaravati. As the land pooling process has been completed, the AP government will now focus on basic development of the area and allotting plots to farmers as their share by May. Mr Prabhakar said, “Selection of a master developer is the crucial part now. Several big companies with huge resources, not only from Japan and Singapore, but also from European countries and South Africa, have the potential to take up the massive work of building the capital. Around Rs 5 lakh crore worth projects will be taken up in the entire area in the next two decades. So it’s a big task.” Beach road concepts are famous in Goa but river side beach concepts are very rare in india which is a good one in terms of making 1000's of crores revenue to govt in terms of Tourists. Main attractions are: 1. River side boatings 2. River side water games 3. River side resorts 4. River side hotels 5. River side new flyovers with checkdams to store water 6. Boatings 7. River side partyings space 8. Fly in air with help of boats and parachute experience Ap govt planning to call international companies to bid themselves and select top companies for the projects This Andhra real estate is for sale. |
