YOU PUT PERFECTLY......Those who are outside should pay EXTRA charges and that is not at all wrong in asking... Point here is all these days lot of pseudo farming lovers were worried of total conversion...Now some are changing tune... If we look at the places they choose for industry it makes sense also. NADIGAMA- Not so fertile lands(many have subabulu) in krishna d.t if you move towards chintalapadu, If u go Ramannapeta worst lands in whole krishna d.t for agri Konaseema group applied for Fertilizer industry 2 years before as this area has lot of waste land... SATTENAPALLI:- One off the worst lands to do agriculture if you go towards bellamkonda/Krosuru...Even as of Today kavulu is 4K in this area.... GUDIVADA:- They are talking AQUA hub and this area already has that and no extra land is lost NuZVIDU:- AGRI HUB so no lands are converted | ||

Kolkatta has most wet lands in India....There are Green belts in city and you see Paddy/Aqua next to SALT LAKE IT area... SALTLAKE city was built in WET lands and they passed GO similar to what we are talking... Recently Supreme court also encouraged this Green Belts concept....Because of this judgement only many state govt once declared Green they try to follow that... | ||

Generally no govt takes away GO's that generates money to them.... - CBN is going to give single acre of SEZ land back - Jagan is not going to give single acre back to farmers even if he comes power in future.. Now slowly changing tune and the true faces will come out soon... As per news if anyone wants to convert these lands then they have to pay 2 times the charges...Special GO is going to come.... Yesterday in penumaka YSRCP conducted local meet(for April 9th MEdha patkar rally) to condemn this RULE. Their argument is farmer should have right to covert their lands!!!!! One of the main leader spoke against land pooling says "farmers in undavalli and penumaka should have their wish to convert their lands"..Valla vudeesam lo migata vallu near river farmers kadu emo.... |
