Bank loan vunte 20 years of opportunity cost kuda add chesukovali kada since you are not getting anything in your pocket so asset value at the end of 20 years doesn't justify your investment adhe cash down ayithe you are getting ROI every year + at the end appreciated asset value.

Anyway rule of thumb is to exist such kind of investments within the first cycle of 10 years because repairs will eat into your returns after that.

This office space is not for people want to establish their own shop.

The place will be leased entirely floor by floor at the rate of Rs 45 per sft.
