Sometime the airline guys again ask the parents if they can walk, then ask your parents to make it clear to them that they CANNOT walk....even if the helpers make some stern comments, ask your parents to ignore it and insist on the chairs... | ||

After book a ticket online (Orbitz, expedia etc..), you get airline conformation code, using this you log in to airline website for ur parents tkts details and enter all the required information. most of them are available online including food selection | ||
