inventory ayithe obvious gaaa chaalaa vundhi.. in my view..manchi high profile project with correct execution..and proper marketing..baane pothunnayi.. but some mid sized builder..who won't execute in time..and don't meet any standards..atleast 50% units ayithe..with out sale vundipothaayi.. other golden rule in apartment market is..you should be able to sell as many units with in 1 year of completion..if inventory piles up..after 2 years etc..no one will come forward to buy...as new buyer looks for newly constructed flats |
