in my view..manchi high profile project with correct execution..and proper marketing..baane pothunnayi..

but some mid sized builder..who won't execute in time..and don't meet any standards..atleast 50% units ayithe..with out sale vundipothaayi..

other golden rule in apartment market is..you should be able to sell as many units with in 1 year of completion..if inventory piles up..after 2 years etc..no one will come forward to buy...as new buyer looks for newly constructed flats
