1. Eeshanyam ante East aa North aa. - North East corner where usually Pooja room is being put and very best for pooja.

2. North facing intiki advantage enti: All round development?
3. east facing: Advantage enti.

Both N and E facing houses are usually good irrespective of individual horoscope. Only thing to consider is make sure the Stove is not facing NORTH where you stand and face South while doing vanTa.

4. Monna read somewhere South facing intiki make good money due to Lakshmi Devi prefers south entry. - Not usually for telugus. But based on individual horoscope this facing needs to be considered not in general.

Perfect South is very good
South lo East good (Dakshina Agneyam)
South to West is bad (Dakshina Nairuti)
