Thank you for the response. But the asking prices in the link may reflect the wishful thinking of sellers. I wonder what the market prices would be like. I know it used to be around 80K per square yard about 2 to 3 years back. I am not sure what happened the prices since then. In general land prices in Hyderabad went down a little I think. But premium places like Jubilee Hills may have a different trend. | ||

Darren I just want to know what the price would be like in Film Nagar, Prashasan Nagar, Journalist Colony, Pedamma Tempe etc. OMG u have chosen prime locations in Jubliee hills I think Journalist colony would be nice. Its way below road level. Well planted trees and many bungalows quite neighborhood.
