Many Telugu dogs ran to Usa in early 90s or mid 90s or early 2000s for the dollar. But in their dream also they never thought suddenly real estate in Hyd would boom or appreciate due to the Hitech City Created by CBN by letting american or western companies set up here. Average to below average to low income Telugu people who used to have scooter or cotton pants or local underwear or slippers…………… purchased small lands here and there @ low price. Probably each costing 10 lacs or 6 lacs or 12 lacs way back in 99 or 2000 or 2001 BUT THEIR LUCK Lands appreciation Suddenly in 2005 onwards most of their lands were sold for 80 lacs or 40 lacs or 1 cr above …. they got great returns. A sudden leap of 40 % to 60 % Esp in prime locations in hyderabad and few other places. SUPER LUCK Most of the dicks sold off their lands and made good money. They bought bungalows or fancy cars or blah blah at better places. And improved their lifestyle. Some of the clever people constructed apartments and sold them @ profits or some lease them on rental basis. DOG 1 Area : Kavuri Hills. A dog who used to stay in low class area in 90s. Now suddenly living in Kavuri Hills. The money he gained from sale of Lands , have constructed decent apartment @ Kavuri Hills. Cost : 2 cr (back then cement and steel cost + mason cost was less ) Now Monthly rental income : 2.5 lacs Lucky fellow. Now he can marry 2 wives and play ringa ringa bolls by sitting at his house . Easy money and Easy income. This dog now has : 40 lacs Audi One more luck. His land value increased from his actual investment Note : i wonder how much murali mohan sir will gets rentals or income in and around gachibowli or hitech city for his jayabheri ventures? DOG 2 Area : Somajiguda The money he gained from sale of Lands out right purchased a commercial property for 80 lacs. Now Monthly income from rentals @ his commercial property : 6 lacs per month Lucky fellow without doing anything. ….. he can walk naked in his house and flash his dick to his neighbor Easy money and easy income This dog now has : 60 lacs BMW 5 series DOG 3 Area : Jubliee hills. Prime Location, Huge empty land. was purchased for 2 crores few years back Given lease to some company. Now that company pays monthly 12 lacs rent. Now his land cost is 11 to 12 crores in span of 6 yrs. Easy money and easy income This dog now has : 47 lacs Volvo The same scenario might happen in vizag or vijaywada soon. clever people instead of barking will quickly get into action NOTE : Few software dicks in USA still scratching bolls to make it big Note : due to the grace of Chandra Babu naidu Hitech city. many dogs who dont know abc yet they benefitted heavily due to lands appreciation |
