darling... I like to start a new textile company... can you please suggest how can we make it global brand.. A) First and foremost every dick want to do everything without knowledge or experience nor persisitance Please understand that reality of life is far different from reality of imagination ! Most of the successful people have not reached 10 th step just like that without going through other steps of hardship. of course sometimes luck should also favor , In business generally u need to do lots of ground work. There will be ups and downs before u can sustain In todays world especially for any business 2 basic things are biggest threat competition & managing the funds or getting debt from the market (many dicks dont know that managing money is far more difficult than making money) Above all risk is also a factor and need to understand the market or do some research example GVK Group purchased coal @ 120$ per ton in Australia . When coal price was in peak. After a yr or so global price of coal fell to 70 $ per ton Hence they occurred huge loss. Hence we cannot judge the market just like that. Sometimes unforeseen things happen If aim not wrong the loss of GVK falls into debt capital ? Another example : lets assume , Toyota gave an bulk order of 10,000 sakata air bags for their upcoming model corolla . Suddently due to 2 accidents of corolla , a law suit is filed against toyota corolla. for time being toyota might stop or discontinue or put on hold of their production of corolla. then the sakata air bag manufacture has to stop supplying. After 6 months corolla won clearance from court and back on streets. again toyota gives another 10,000 bags order to sakata. But sakata cannot give the same price @ which it supplied bags earlier. Because in 6 months production cost or material cost or hidden costs might have gone up. Finally toyota might give order to sakata at same price or perhaps choose some other brand at low cost. Hence risk is always there in any business at any given point of time. 3 OPTIONS Option 1 : Are u from the same field or are u graduate from NIFT or PARSON DESIGN School ? if so then work as an apprentice for known designers and learn the trade of tricks and get to know how things work. after 1 or 2 yrs of experience or exposure ��One fine day start off your own brand or label inside your garage. Finally display your brand @ one of the fashion weeks (which is not easy) Once u get your clothes displayed on ramp show by top models. Generally they dont do for unknown upcoming brand. They only associate with top designers. Hence u need to hire models looking for break . The rest history if u can make it U want things fast u have to please delhi top gay designers Option 2 : get into the crowd and get some exposure. study that field and slowly hire some talented or budding talented graduate designers from NIFT & create your own brand or an associated brand. Slowly open an outlet @ jubilee hills or banjara hills let your stock sold off. Get your name spread around. When u launch your store. Give a awesome party by inviting all the page 3 crowd or perhaps the top designers too. Let them see your clothes on display and spread your name across through word of mouth. Option 3 : collaborate with some one who already has raw material with basic foundation. Give him the boost and support financially Get his brand going . Slowly after few years u can branch out re-brand yourself and let the going go further. By then u will gain more experience and knowledge. For a beginner Networking also important in the same field. Simply sitting in USA Cant help u U need to fly to the place where u want to start your stuff from the basics.
