Dont generalise by one incident; most of the states have 108 kinda service and their response time is <7-8 minutes. Indian cities have their share of problems, but they are also places where you can walk around their shadiest areas at 1 am and be safer than say parts of Chicago, NYC, London, Madrid, Sydney etc... | ||
