Current layouts are awesome in AP. You do not have anymore panchayat layout anywhere in AP. Idhi varaku 66% per acre vachedhi ippudu rules marcharu 60% mathrame vasthadhi. I dhi varaku Main road 60ft and bylanes 30ft roads vundevi...no electricity no water. Currently ala kudaradhu only VUDA,TUDA,CRDA layouts.. 60 ft road's became 80ft and 30 ft roads to 40ft. electricity for each plot mandatory. Idhivaraku yard ki conversion( layout veyataniki 100rs ayyedhi) ippudu nearly 600-700 rs because of electicity poles, transformers roads(TAR roads), gutters became mandatory..
